The Abington Police Department reported that a robbery with shots fired took place in the area of Crestmont Park at approximately 8:15pm Sunday evening.

The Department’s Facebook post noted that the incident involved no injuries, and that an initial investigation revealed the victim was meeting someone at the park to purchase an item advertised for sale online.

The incident is currently undergoing further investigation.
