Cheltenham Township has posted a notice that a tree contractor will be removing several hazardous trees along Tookany Creek Parkway and Jenkintown Road on May 4th starting at 8:30 a.m.

The work will result in partially closing the two roads as follows:

• Tookany Creek Parkway between Kleinheintz Pond and the Boy Scout Cabin
• Jenkintown Road between Ashbourne Road and Rolling Green Road

Due to the closures, emergency vehicles will not be able to access this area. Pedestrians are asked to avoid the area.
