Revived Philly-based distillery launches products in Flourtown and Ambler, seeking collaborations

Art in the Age Spirits, a Philadelphia-based distillery, has launched its products at 10 Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores in the region, including locations in Flourtown and Ambler, The Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The company’s Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum and Dunce Bourbon Whiskey officially hit shelves earlier this month. According to the story, the company aims to expand throughout Pennsylvania next year before launching national distribution.

Owner Steven Grasse told The Journal his brand is focused on growing sales in state liquor stores and Greater Philadelphia bars and restaurants in the coming year.

“What we’re super excited about is the Pennsylvania liquor stores, because that’s the motherload,” Grasse said.

The company closed suddenly last years after its partnership with Philadelphia’s New Liberty Distillery ended and saw a revival earlier this year. Art in the Age’s website notes that collaborations are available “for shops, events, accounts, bars, and brands seeking to sell and create PA spirits.”
