Restaurants for sale in Jenkintown, Glenside, and Abington

On Craigslist.com, under businesses for sale, you will find three local businesses that are available. The businesses aren’t named.

The first is an ice cream shop that comes up when you search Jenkintown. The ad states (see full ad):

“Great opportunity to own a growing and popular ice cream shop in Suburban Philadelphia. Perfect for an owner/operator who would like to get into the business without starting from scratch and doing a buildout (which averages $120-$180k) or paying franchise fees (>$150k) to go the corporate route. The opportunity is ideal with the summer season fast approaching. The shop’s revenues have grown steadily over 3 years and it maintains a loyal customer following and a large social media following. All distribution channels are well established and the rent is very reasonable. Commercial manufacturing equipment is included in the sale (batch freezer and blast freezer) which allows for additional business growth. Current ownership will train you on all aspects of operations to ensure a smooth transition as the shop is a valued community resource.”

The second business for sale is a burger shop in Glenside. That ad states (see full ad):

“Burger joint for sale in Glenside PA. Great Gross Income, easy to run, 3 years down the road and business is better than ever / the owner though wants to retire.”

The third business is a sandwich shop in Abington. The ad states (see full ad):

“Fully equipped in same location for 25 years. This an asset only sale. Use of name can be arranged. Now open only 4 days a week ready to go back to 7 days as soon as dining in is allowed. Fully staffed owner does not work the store.”
