Vehicle rescue teams have been dispatched to mile marker 343.2 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s eastbound lane in Upper Moreland Township for a multiple-vehicle crash, according to a Facebook post from Emergency Alerts of Southeastern Pennsylvania at approximately 8:30am on Friday, September 29.

Follow up posts note that a physician is on the scene, and that at least one driver is trapped behind a steering wheel.
