8750 Montgomery Avenue in Wyndmoor, a recently renovated home on 1.7 acres, has listed for $4.5 million.

Construction dates back to 1924 with renovations between 2020 and 2022, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported. In 2022, the home was purchased by Thomas Petrelli Jr. and Melinda Previtera of law firm Petrelli Previtera.

“The lower level provides ample storage and a conditioned glass door 600-bottle wine room. Additional features include a high-efficiency Buderus/Bryant HVAC system, an Advent security system, and first-floor stereo sound wiring,” the listing said.

After Blake Development completed the renovations, the home was bought by Thomas Petrelli Jr. and Melinda Previtera of law firm Petrelli Previtera in 2022, according to property records.
