Prisco’s Lil Taste of Philly, a family-owned Italian sandwich shop located at 1409 Easton Road in Roslyn, opened for business in July.

Their menu includes cheesesteaks, hoagies, cutlets, specialty homemade sandwiches, wings and other Italian favorites.

Owner Joanne Micciolo, a longtime Roslyn resident, said their most popular items have been meatballs, cheesesteaks, a chicken cutlet sandwich, and Italian hoagies.

“Every week we get a little busier. Starting September 19, we’ll be open six days a week. Right now, we’re still on our summer hours. We’ll be closed from September 13 to September 18 for vacation,” she said.

Prisco’s also offers catering services for office lunches, family celebrations, school events and game-day gatherings.

“We’ve done a birthday party, a retirement party, and we have a rehearsal dinner coming up,” she said.
