The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Joseph Maccari, who was last seen on Tuesday, August 13 at 9:30am on the 20XX block of West Cheltenham Avenue.

Maccari is described as 5′3″ and 85 lbs. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
