A revised request for zoning relief to erect a four-story self-storage facility at the 115,000 sf site of the defunct Old York Road Ice Rink will be heard by the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, February 13 at 7:30pm via Zoom. 

Commissioners voted “No Action” on the current plan at the February 2023 Building and Zoning Committee Meeting.

The revised project includes four indoor pickle-ball courts on the first floor. Current plans call for more than 1200 self-storage units.
