A “pizza arcade” is taking over the former Gillian’s Wonderland Pier location on Ocean City, New Jersey’s boardwalk, NBC10 reported.

The new venue is expected to be open for Memorial Day.

“Believe it or not, the name wasn’t taken so we bought ‘Ocean City Pizza Company,'” developer Eustace Mita told NBC10. “We painted the whole building and we put an arcade in there.”

In 2024, Mita proposed to build a 252-room hotel at the site.
