The owners of Pinto announced earlier this week that it is adding a second restaurant to its space at 24 East Glenside Avenue in Glenside. Starting July 14th the downstairs will become The Nacho Spot and in the near future, the second floor will be called Upstairs at Pinto.
In addition to nachos, The Nacho Spot will also serve from scratch tamales and other seasonal southwestern treats.
Upstairs at Pinto, will host a monthly multi-course pre-fixe menu with complimentary cocktail pairings. The menu for this dinner will be inspired by the southwest and is described in the announcement as elevated and ever-changing. Upstairs at Pinto will also be available as an event space.
Both will be BYOB, so guests can feel free to bring their own beer, wine, or spirit. Housemade mixers are available to create a cocktail.
