Kiaera M. Briggs, 33, of the 7000 block of Rising Sun Boulevard, plead not guilty to charges of manslaughter and possession of an instrument of crime in connection with the fatal shooting of her boyfriend, Harvey Harris, outside a Wendy’s on Huntington Pike in Abington Township.

The incident dates back to March 7, 2022 when Abington police found Harris, 30, inside the Wendy’s suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. Harris was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
