Philly man sentenced to prison for trafficking fentanyl in Cheltenham

Libni Jhosiel Segovia Urtuzuastegui, 28, of Philadelphia has been sentenced to 6 to 12 years in prison for trafficking fentanyl in Cheltenham Township in September 2022.

Urtuzuastegui was arrested after a traffic stop during which officers discovered drugs in his vehicle. After obtaining a warrant to search his residence, officers found $16,941 cash, five kilograms of suspected fentanyl, a jar of suspected marijuana and drug packaging materials.

He later pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl/heroin.
