Philly airport rolls out new online parking services: Travellers can now book a space pre-arrival, valet service coming Nov 18

The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) has officially launched Park PHL, a new streamlined parking service offering online booking.

The first element, Park PHL Economy, for the Economy Parking Lot, began October 31. Park PHL Valet, the airport’s first valet parking service, launches on November 18.

PHL launched the service in collaboration with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA).

“We are excited to offer these new services to our guests,” said PHL chief commercial officer Kate Sullivan. “For the first time, travellers can secure their on-site parking prior to arriving at PHL, guaranteeing availability. With Park PHL Valet, guests can even leave the parking to us.”

Park PHL allows visitors to the airport to reserve and pay for parking in PHL’s Economy Parking Lot or the new valet service prior to arrival at the airport, at PHL.org/parking. If they have a change in plans, travellers have up to two hours before their scheduled arrival in the parking lot to modify or cancel for a complete refund. There are no additional fees for using Park PHL Reserve and passengers can opt to receive promotional codes via email.

Currently, the maximum daily fee for PHL’s Economy Lot is $15 and includes shuttle transportation to and from the terminals 24/7, as well as access to free emergency assistance services such as battery jump starts, flat tire help, auto lockout assistance and lost vehicle finder.

Park PHL Valet starts at $50 per day when booked online. Users drop their car off at one of three Departures Roadway kiosks at Terminals A-East, B/C and E and pick it up at baggage claim when they return to PHL. In the future, guests will be able to select premium add-ons, including a car wash, to their Park PHL Valet package.

In early 2025, Park PHL Reserve will expand to include Park PHL Everyday for the airport’s onsite garages.
