Perkins Restaurant and Bakery Warminster out of business after 40 years, building up for sale

The Perkins Restaurant and Bakery building at 705 York Road in Warminster is up for sale.

After 40 years of business, Perkins abruptly shut down after serving breaking on October 30. A sign on the door announced the closure and directed customers to the Perkins at 1681 Grant Avenue in Philadelphia.

The 1.36-acre property is listed on J.C. Bar’s website for an unnamed price. Their Facebook page is listed as “Permanently Closed”.
