The Pennsylvania General Store is celebrating the grand opening of its new retail outlet in Elkins Park (864 Township Line Road) on Saturday, October 31st from noon to 4:00 p.m. The event is being held outdoors and will include music and free samples. Halloween costumes are encouraged and feel free to bring the whole family and the dog. The rain date is November 1st.

If you are not familiar with the Pennsylvania General Store, it is a retail and mail-order company selling Pennsylvania made foods and crafts. Its’ flagship location is located at the historic Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia.

On hand for the grand opening will be Asher’s Chocolates and Hanks Beverages, Mason Made and Tin Can Tea Co.
