An Elkins Park resident who lives on Asbury Avenue has recorded footage from yesterday of a man who came to her front door and stole her UPS delivery off of her front porch.

According to the footage, the packages were dropped off at 3:14pm and stolen at 3:18pm. The thief wore a yellow vest.
