Pennsylvania State Police are offering a $10,000 reward for information related to a double homicide that occurred at approximately 9:58pm on Friday, September 13.
The following information comes from PSP Tips, a government organization within the Pennsylvania State Police:
Troopers observed what appeared to be a two-vehicle crash partially blocking the right travel lane on the I-95 N ramp to I-476 N just prior to Exit 1, Macdade Blvd in Delaware County.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a brown/dark gray 2010 Chevrolet Malibu was disabled and that its operator, Joshua Waltz (above left), was outside of his vehicle standing at the rear bumper.
A gray 2010 Mazda 5 appeared to be traveling in the right shoulder and made contact with the right concrete barrier/guide rail. The Malibu dragged itself along the right barrier for approximately 1/4 mile before striking Waltz and the rear bumper of the Mazda with its front bumper.
Troopers located the operator of the Mazda, Clinton Martin (above right), who was pronounced deceased on scene from a gunshot wound in the neck.
Troopers then located Waltz under his vehicle. He was already deceased, officials said.
Troopers are asking that anyone driving in the area of this incident who has a dash cam or any other mobile recording devices to contact PSP Media at (484) 840-1000.
