Overdose Awareness Billboard Competition

Your vote will help determine the winner among high school students that are engaged in a competition to design a billboard.

“The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services Office of Drug and Alcohol, in partnership with the Montgomery County Overdose Task Force, hosted its annual Overdose Awareness Billboard Competition for high school students throughout Montgomery County,” according to a statement issued by Montgomery County.

One of the submitted billboard designs is displayed at the top of this news article.

“Artwork submitted by Montgomery County high school students…[is] available online for public voting,” the statement continued.  The voting will end “on Monday, February 18, 2019. The public is encouraged to take part in this very important campaign.”

According to the statement, “The winning submission will have their artwork displayed on Clear Channel digital billboards throughout Montgomery County from April 1, 2019, [through]…June 30, 2019.”
