PECO’s outage map reports that over 1000 accounts in the the Abington, Cheltenham, and Jenkintown are without power. Although a substantial amount, the accounts without power amount to less than 5% of the total PECO accounts in those municipalities respectively.

We did not find any of the outages to have an expected restoration time (as of 7:58 p.m.). All are listed as “pending assessment.”

The outages are the result of the remnants of Hurricane Ida passing through the area.
