Oreland Volunteer Fire Company’s antique vehicles took home two first place trophies from the Cradle of Liberty Antique Fire Apparatus Association’s (CLAFAA) annual Fire Muster on Sunday, August 6 at Cooper River Park in New Jersey.
According to their website, the CLAFAA is a “non-profit corporation organized to stimulate, encourage and cultivate an interest in the preservation of firefighting apparatus, firefighting equipment and fire department memorabilia. CLAFAA is dedicated to the education of the public, our membership and other fire and emergency services members in the preservation, restoration and proper operation of firefighting apparatus and firefighting equipment of the past to help insure that they remain a part of our heritage.”
