The Pennsylvania Lottery announced that a ticket worth $100,000 was sold for Wednesday’s drawing by O’Neill’s Food Market in Glenside.
O’Neill’s Food Market earns a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket, the Lottery said.
From the announcement:
A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Montgomery County sold a Powerball® with Power Play® ticket worth $100,000 for the Wednesday, July 5 drawing.
The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 17-24-48-62-68, and the red Powerball® 23 to win $100,000, less applicable withholding. Without the $1 Power Play® option, the ticket would have been worth $50,000. The Power Play® multiplier drawn was two.

More than 54,700 other PA Lottery Powerball tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing. After another drawing without a jackpot winner, Saturday night’s jackpot is an estimated $590 million annuity ($304,800,00 cash).
According to The Hill, as of Oct. 2022, Pennsylvania has had the most jackpot winners (19) out of any state.
