O’Neills Food Market in Glenside was recently featured by NBC10 for their famous soda bread, over 400 of which were sold over St. Patrick’s Day weekend.

The recipe has been passed down for generations, owner Mike O’Neill said.

“My sister actually got it from it from one of my sisters-in-law, who got the recipe from a family that emigrated here,” he said. “We have a very faithful clientele, and we surely appreciate that.”

“We can’t believe it! We hope you love them as much as we do! Thank you for the amazing turnout and your generous and continued patronage of our store,” O’Neills said in a Facebook post.
