We missed a news statement from one of the local municipalities during the recent cold wave.  As you watch the Super Bowl, note how one local police department added to its personnel so they could handle calls in the freezing cold.

“Please welcome Officer Elsa to the Upper Dublin Township Police Department,” according to a statement from the Police Department.  “Officer Elsa is on loan to us from Arendelle Police Department and for the next 36 hours she will be handling all incidents that require an officer to spend more than five minutes outside. The cold doesn’t bother her anyway.”
