A North Hills man who thought he was meeting a 14-year-old for a sexual encounter at a Bucks County shopping center was arrested on Thursday, October 11 by Warrington Township Police Department officers, which was part of an undercover operation.

Philip Michael Plano, a  50-year-old  traveled to a local shopping center for a sexual encounter 14 year old female he met online.  An undercover  police officer posed as the 14 year old female as part of the undercover operation.

Plano was charged with three felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, and related charges. Plano was arraigned and remanded to Bucks County Prison in default of $250,000 bail he was unable to make.
