Nifty Fifty’s franchisee Chan Nuth will open his doors to the public on Monday, January 29 at 11:00am.
The grand opening was original scheduled for January 8, but was pushed back due to inspection delays for the building at 1140 Old York Road.
A soft opening was held on Saturday, January 20 and Sunday, January 21.
Nuth will be hosting a closed meeting at the restaurant tonight from 5:00pm to 8:00pm for Abington Township officials, including police, the Township fire marshal, and Ward 11 commissioner John Spiegelman.
“The police are going to come out and guide people around for when we open to the public,” Nuth said. “They’re going to show people where people can and can’t park. They’re going to help me and the neighborhood avoid as many issues as we can.”
Nuth will also be treating his guests to dinner.
Nifty’s hours:
- Sunday – Thursday | 11 AM – 11 PM
- Friday and Saturday | 11 AM – 12 AM
