New York man who abducted Cheltenham 7-year-old from her home receives sentence

The Mercury reported that Juan Pablo Torres, a New York man who abducted his seven-year-old daughter from her relatives’ home in Cheltenham, has been sentenced to jail by Montgomery County Judge Thomas M. DelRicci.

Torres’ sentence is 11.5 to 23 months in the county jail and one year of consecutive probation.
