Daniel Belizaire, 21, of Flushing, New York was arrested by the Lower Moreland Police Department for disseminating photos/film of child sex acts and communicating explicit messages with a juvenile.

According to police, a report of a Corruption of a Minor incident was filed with the Department on May 8. The juvenile told officers that he/she has been communicating with Belizaire.

An arrest warrant was issued, and on August 30, Belizaire turned himself into the Lower Moreland Police Department.

Belizaire’s charges include:

(1) COUNT OF CORRUPTION OF MINORS.
(6) COUNTS OF PHOTOGRAPH/FILM/DEPICT ON COMPUTER SEX ACT – CHILD
(1) COUNT OF DISSEM PHOTO/FILM OF CHILD SEX ACTS
(6) COUNTS OF POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
(1) COUNT OF CONTACT/COMM.W/MINOR – SEXUAL ABUSE

Further details about the alleged incidents have not been disclosed.
