PennDOT announced on Wednesday that Teva Landscaping will be performing landscape construction on New Second Street in Cheltenham Township, beginning Monday, January 23. 

Motorists are advised that local access will be maintained up to the work zone, and to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

The construction is weather dependent.
