According to a statement from Glick Fire Equipment, members of the Abington Fire Company “were at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wisconsin, this week doing the final inspection and acceptance on their Arrow XT 107’ Ascendant PUC ladder truck.”

“The process of building a new piece of apparatus takes quite some time, with initial designs starting over a year ago,” according to a statement from the Abington Fire Company.  “An entire committee of members spends months planning, reviewing, and making changes to ensure that the company orders the best apparatus to help us serve the community.”
