Fitman x Fademan, owner of the Fitman Performance & Physique Center and the Fademan Precision Barbershop in Abington, was recently featured on NBC10 Philadelphia.
The West Philadelphia born, Abington raised pro natural bodybuilder’s approach to training, barbering, and business was highlighted in the interview. This was a conversation centered on discipline, structure, and what real progress actually looks like.
“Before we start let’s go back to the end of 2024,” Fitman said. “The Fitman x Fademan Collective wasn’t even a viable plan. But as 2025 unfolded, the barber beast inside of me started to talk. And ironically, I already had the space and the standard at the Center to build something real.”
What Real Progress Requires
“Many people think a few weeks is enough to transform their body,” Fitman said. “If that were true, more people would already be in great shape. Real results only come from giving a consistent, quality effort over time.”
“Most people are fired up when they begin a new fitness routine. Especially at the start of the year. But once the new car smell fades away, the work still needs to be done. You won’t be fired up for every workout. I’m not either. But the work still gets done. It takes years to build real health, strength, and confidence.”
“If you want to experience that accountability, structure, and progress firsthand, my 21-Day Fit program is your ideal starting place,” Fitman said. “And my barbershop is the place you want to be to improve your image from the neck up.”
