Bostonians may love that dirty water, but it does not play well in Cheltenham.

Reports of murky water in the creek announced it was investigating reports of “murky water” are being investigated by Cheltenham Township, DEP and the Fish and Game Commission along Tyson Avenue, near Mt. Carmel Avenue in Glenside.

The murky water turned out to be unfiltered groundwater from the drilling of a geothermal well at a residence in Abington Township. DEP and the Fish and Game Commission showed up to investigate.
