Hatboro Borough Fire Marshal Kate Valesky announced that the Enterprise Fire Company was dispatched at 8:25pm on Monday, June 16 for a report of a working house fire in the area of Woodland Avenue.
According to the report, First Responders found heavy fire through the roof of the end unit of a townhouse style home. The fire was brought under control within 25 minutes and units remained on scene to conduct overhaul and assist with the investigation, Valesky said.
The fire is under investigation by the Borough of Hatboro Fire Marshal’s office. There were no reported injuries.
The Red Cross was on scene assisting residents who were displaced, and the following outfits provided mutual aid:
