Montgomery County lists newest job openings, announces new ‘housing crisis response system’

Montgomery County officials have listed their newest job openings and plan to launch a “homeless crisis response system” on February 1.

Anyone in need of housing-related resources will be able to call the Your Way Home Call Center at 610-278-3522.

The county previously used a 2-1-1 phone number through the Your Way Home system to connect people with a variety of services, including food, shelter, clothing, and utility assistance. The number will still remain available those who call it will be transferred to the new call center once it becomes fully established next month.

  • EMS Course Coordinator – Administration (PT)
  • Environmental Health Specialist & Vector Control
  • Fiscal Supervisor – OCY
  • Hiring Manager/Community Relations Specialist
  • Community Service Coordinator
  • Equity/Emergency Court Scheduling Assistant
  • Caseworker – Truancy
  • Professional Standards Legal Assistant
