The MNM Group, a Willow Grove-based communications provider and electrical network solutions company, has been acquired by Lynx Equity, PE Hub announced today.

MNM specializes in low-voltage cabling, wireless infrastructure, and electric vehicle charging station installations. The company operates across 42 states and Canada and was founded in 1981.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“MNM’s long-standing client relationships and national reach truly set them apart,” said Mujtaba Abidi, vice president of mergers and acquisitions at Lynx.
