The Springfield Township Police Department  has reported a missing person from a secured wing in the Meadowview Rehab Facility located at 9202 Ridge Pike. His name is Edward Sojourner and he has been missing since 9:15 pm on May 2nd.

Sojourner suffers from Dementia and has walked away from facilities in the past and has been found trying to go to a previous address of 5225 N. 6th Street in Olney. He doesn’t have a vehicle, he left the facility on foot.
