Michael Chamberlain, a 2009 graduate of Cheltenham High, is the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance & Student-Athlete Development at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Chamberlain, now in his fifth year at Lafayette, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating NCAA, Patriot League and Lafayette College compliance rules and regulations. Additionally, he is responsible for creating an environment for student-athlete development, wellness and growth through educational initiatives, and programming and community engagement efforts.

He also serves as a sport administrator for cross country, golf, men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, swimming & diving, track and field, and softball.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Recreation Management from Temple University and his master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University.
