Mediplex Abington, located at 1151 Old York Road, has been sold to a privately held institutional investment group.

The property was developed by Mediplex Property Group of Fort Washington, which also sold two healthcare properties in East Norriton as part of the deal, according to a press release.

“The sale of these properties marks the successful completion of the investment cycle for three healthcare projects that Mediplex developed in close partnership with their physician occupants,” said Jeffrey Goldstein, Principal of Mediplex Property Group. “Each project was designed around the specific needs of its providers, and these transactions demonstrate how our development and partnership model can create long-term value for both the healthcare organizations we serve and our investment partners.”

The 20,000 sf Class A medical office building in Abington offers a range of outpatient medical uses, including neurology, ambulatory surgery, pain management, physical therapy, reproductive medicine, imaging, and related specialty care.
