A judge has found James Clark not guilty of aggravated assault by vehicle and reckless endangerment in a case that dates back to an August 2017 accident on a road near Abington Senior High School. Clark’s car struck a student crossing the street.

Clark called 911 quickly and according to KYW’s article, factors such as the manner the pedestrian cross street (potentially FaceTiming) and eyewitness accounts played a factor in the acquittal.
