The Hatboro Police Department announced today the arrest of Sean Hower, 22, on charges of DUI and related offenses.

According to the report, Hower was involved in a single-vehicle accident involving a utility pole in the area of the Hatboro Memorial Swimming Pool (330 W Moreland Avenue) on Sunday, March 30 at approximately 12:17am.

His charges are below:

• (1 COUNT) (75) 3802 A1 DUI GENERAL IMPAIRMENT
• (1 COUNT) PA 75 3714 CARELESS DRIVING
• (1 COUNT) (75) 3743 (A) ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DAMAGE TO ATTENDED VEHICLES 75 1511 A FAILURE TO CARRY LICENSE (S)
