Man arrested for fraud attempt, possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Jesse Alan Goodrich, 32, for impersonating a customer at a TD Bank in Lower Moreland on Thursday, July 27. Goodrich was also found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

From the Department’s announcement:

On Thursday, July 27th, 2023, at approximately 1726 hrs., Officers were dispatched to the TD Bank, located at 2550 Philmont Avenue, for a report of suspicious activity. It was reported that a white male dressed in all black clothing was inside the bank impersonating a customer, asking for bank statements and financial information. Upon arrival, Officers observed the male, approximately 30 years old, matching the description, sitting in front of a desk. The male was talking to a bank employee while impersonating a victim from Florida. After further investigation, the male was arrested for using a fake ID while attempting to commit fraud. The male was also in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
