The Lower Moreland Police Department is still searching for male suspects involved in a grand theft auto incident that took place on May 17.
According to the Department, a 2016 silver Kia was stolen from a Sunoco gas station at Huntingdon Pike/Philmont Avenue.


From the Department’s Crimewatch Alert:
On May 17, 2023, at approximately 0930 hours, a 2016 Silver Kia Sedan, was stolen from Sunoco, located at Huntingdon Pike/Philmont Avenue. An old model Silver Honda with passenger side front end damage and a black rear bumper parked in the lot.
One suspect stayed inside the Honda while two males (see pictures) entered the Kia. Within minutes, the Kia and Honda drove North on Philmont Ave. The Kia had a Marywood University sticker in the rear driver side window.

*SUSPECTS AND SUSPECT VEHICLE: The suspect in the blue hoodie appeared to have shoulder length dark hair and the suspect vehicle appeared to have a bright pink object on the front dashboard.
On May 22, 2023, the stolen vehicle had been recovered in the 7th District of Philadelphia. Detectives are still investigating to identify the suspects. This case is still pending…
