Lower Moreland police share details of 3 recent arrests

The Lower Moreland Police Department has shared the details of three recent arrests:

Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the area of High and Welsh roads in Huntingdon Valley on Wednesday, July 24, the department said.

Upon arrival, officers met with the homeowners and Roman, who was previously warned by the homeowners not to return to the residence. Officers arrested Roman on the charges listed below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 3502 A1 II BURGLARY
  • (1) COUNT OF 3503 A1 II CRIMINAL TRESPASSING – BREAKING INTO STRUCTURE
  • (1) COUNT OF 3503 B1 I DEFIANT TRESPASSING ACTUAL COMMUNICATION TO
  • (1) COUNT OF 3304 A5 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – DAMAGE PROPERTY – SUMMARY CASE
  • (1) COUNT OF 5505 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS AND SIMILAR MISCONDUCT

Marcos Silva and Leandro Camargos De Lana

Police were dispatched to the area of Welsh Road and Terwood Drive in Huntingdon Valley on June 4 at approximately 4:45pm for a report of several subjects in a white Ford sedan who were shooting at a vehicle with a gel blaster gun, the department said.

A victim reported that the Ford had approximately four subjects inside the vehicle, one of whom was described as a black male, the others are Hispanic males.

The victim said two of the males seated in the rear passenger seat began shooting at the victim’s vehicle with the gel blaster gun. Shortly thereafter, officers received another complaint regarding the same vehicle and the same subjects.

The second victim reported the subjects had shot the victim with a gel blaster gun while the victim was walking home from work.

Further police investigation identified the vehicle as belonging to Leandro Camargos De Lana and the shooting suspects to be Marcos Silva and Leandro Camargos De Lana.

Their charges are listed below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 2701 A1 SIMPLE ASSAULT – ATTEMPT
  • (3) COUNT OF 2709 A1 HARASSMENT/STRIKE SHOVE KICK ETC.
  • (3) COUNT OF 5503 A4 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
