Lower Moreland police identify Pennypack trail ‘smash & grab’ suspect

The Lower Moreland Township Police Department has identified Cedric Antonio Page, 23, as the suspect responsible for a “smash & grab” theft on March 13 at the Pennypack trail parking lot on 1750 Byberry Road.

According to the report, Page stole a purse and its contents from a parked vehicle.

The Department has obtained an arrest warrant for Page as of June 22. 

From the report:

Video revealed the suspect vehicle as a gray Chrysler, possibly a Pacifica, with a registration plate that appeared similar to PA but had too many digits. Unfortunately, the plate could not be seen enough for ID. The theft occurred at approximately 10:47am by the depicted suspect, who was the front passenger in the Chrysler at the time.
