Lower Moreland police arrest woman for trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Racheal Fox, 39, for trespassing at a residence in Huntingdon Valley on August 21.

The complainant reported that Fox and the property owners agreed earlier in the day for her to pick up mail at the property. The complainant said they advised her to call before arriving and to wait at the bottom of the driveway.

Fox failed to comply with the complainant’s request and showed up unannounced, police said. Upon making contact with Fox, who was sitting in the backyard, officers said she “appeared to be under the influence and was not making sense.”

“Despite being given several opportunities to leave the property, Racheal refused to do so,” the report said. “As a result, police escorted her off the property, during which she became limp and would not walk, eventually falling to the ground.”

Fox was subsequently detained and arrested for Simple Trespass. A search revealed a clear glass pipe, commonly used to consume controlled substances. Her charges are below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 780-113 A32 USE/POSS OF DRUG PARAPH
  • (1) COUNT OF 3503 B.11I CRIMINAL TRESPASS/SIMPLE TRESPASSER
