Lower Moreland police arrest man for issuing threatening messages, violating a Protection From Intimidation

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Anton Agarov, 37, for issuing threatening messages and violating a Protection From Intimidation (PFI).

According to the department, officers received a report regarding a PFI violation on Sunday, August 3. The victim alleged that they received messages which included video and several threatening statements from a social media account which was believed to belong to Agarov. Further investigation confirmed that the messages originated from his account, police said.

An arrest warrant was applied for and granted. Agarov is being charged with the offenses below:

  • (1) COUNT OF 2706 A1 TERRORISTIC THREATS W INT TO TERRORIZE ANOTHER
  • (1) COUNT OF 2709 A4 HARASSMENT COMM LEWD THREATENING ETC LANGUAGE
  • (1) COUNT OF HARASSMENT COURSE OF CONDUCT W NO LEGITIMATE PURPOSE
  • (1) COUNT OF 6113 A ARREST FOR VIOLATION OF ORDER
