The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Konstantin Gryadunov, 41, who is accused of harassment, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, drug possession, and evading arrest.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Pine Road in Huntingdon Valley on July 27 for a report of a disturbance. An initial report claimed that a male spit on a victim’s vehicle and made threats towards them.
Arriving officers found a male matching the victim’s description standing at the entrance of a driveway. Gryadunov initially declined to have any involvement in the incident but soon admitted otherwise, police said.
Gryadunov did not want to speak with police, refused to provide identification, appeared to be intoxicated, and fled on foot.
Officers apprehended Gryadunov and found drugs and drug paraphernalia on his person, police said.
