The Lower Moreland Police Department announced the arrests of Gavin Saxon, 27, and Joseph Saxon, 23, who were found drunk and asleep on January 24 at a gas pump on the 2500 block of Philmont Avenue in Huntingdon Valley.
An investigation found that the driver, identified as Gavin, and the passenger, identified as Joseph, were in possession of a firearm, drugs and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were detained and searched.
Gavin Saxon was found to have a revoked permit to carry firearms. Joseph did not have a permit on record.
The investigation is ongoing, police said. Gavin’s charges are below:
