The Lower Moreland Township Board of Commissioners will review a sketch plan for 1458 County Line Road in Huntingdon Valley during their monthly public meeting on Tuesday, July 14 at 7:00pm.

According to the township’s “Eye on Development” page, plans include a new commercial building along with an existing commercial building.

According to the description in the sketch plan, the project “consists of Unit I which is the convertible unit in the condo development. It is proposed to construct five additional units with this convertible land.”

Each unit will be a 4,000 sf flex building “similar to the units already existing on the property.”

“The five condo units are proposed on the vacant land behind the existing building so there would be new construction as proposed,” township manager Christopher Hoffman told Glenside Local. “The existing building is already broken up into separately owned condominium units. The vacant land is technically its own condo unit as well, and that is where the contract purchaser is proposing the five additional units in a new building. They would be additional units in the same vein as the existing building.”
