La Salle College High School senior Nolan Hayes has made the Glenside Public Library his Eagle Scout project.

A GoFundMe titled “The Glenside Library refurbishment project” was launched on August 8. From its description:

Hi, I’m Nolan Hayes and I’m fundraising for my Eagle Scout project at the Glenside Public Library. I’m going to be installing two bike racks, replacing the compost bins, and clearing out weeds/mulching. Any and all donations are appreciated, and all of them will go to funding this project and therefore helping our community.
